Product Features
1.Adopt titanium, zirconium, SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel to make, divide into vertical and heated at the bottom of "L", "Z" shape.
2.According to the installation location , the chemical liquid’s nature, solid matter deposit characteristics in liquid to design the surface power of heat tube and decide the Tube diameter. Diameter general specifications: ø11mm,ø17mm,ø25mm,ø30mm,ø32mm,ø45mm,ø50mm。
3.ø11mm, ø17mm tubes are shrinking tube heater, liquid heating, heat pipe surface power 5.6W/Cm2, apply to the mobility, and less solid Body deposition, Liquid does not precipitate in the heating surface of the liquid crystal heating after cooling.
4.ø45mm diameter series products adopt low surface power design.
5. Have 120V single-phase voltage, 220V, 380V, 220V three-phase, 380V three-phase, power from 0.5KW to 140KW.
6. All heaters can be ancillary use with over-temperature protection switches and temperature probe.
7. All heaters are adopt international inspection standards and ensure the electrical safety.
WARRANTY: All BAODA equipment heaters and control components have been carefully inspected before shipping and warranted to be free defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from date of purchase on a prorated basis. At its option, BAODA will repair or replace any defects which are exhibited under proper and normal use. BAODA disclaims any responsibility for misuse, misapplication, negligence or improper installation of equipment. Process Technology makes no warranty or representation regarding the fitness for use or the application of its products by the purchaser.
Any damage under normal and proper use, both to provide free mainrenance service. However, it is not under the guarantee when it causes any damage by improper use, misuse, installation errors of its users, as follows:

Excessively high solution temperatures

The presence of inhibitors

The concentration of the solution
- Stagnant or turbulent flow of the solution
- Use banned drugs
- Aeration
- The presence of other acids causing a secondary reaction
- Presence of oxygen or an oxidizing agent in the solution
- Grounded wrongly
- Erosion
- Flux floating on the surface
- The man-made scratches on teflon surface makes the electric heater can not work normally.

The presence of undissolved gases
- Under normal working hours, the heater leaving the solution or the solution lower than the heat zone and cause drying out.
BAODA is not liable for costs incurred in removal, reinstallation, or unauthorized repair of the product, or for damage of any type whatsoever including incidental or consequential damage.
